Can we consume eggs?

We do not recommend eggs.

The eggs of other animals are not designed by Nature to be consumed by us humans. First of all, eggs are not a plant-based food item. Secondly, it causes many health problems. Eggs have excess amounts of protein that can not be digested by humans. And, if anything is not digested by our body will eventually lead to the formation of toxins and diseases in the body.

There's a false belief that vegetarians can have eggs. There's no such thing as a vegetarian egg. Vegetarian food comes from farms and plants, and not from animals. Eggs come from the reproductive part of the hen. It is full of hen's cells and blood. Egg is often compared with milk as being just an animal product and not being non-veg. Milk is lifeless, and so is the egg. However, this is false. Egg, whether fertile or infertile, is living. It can breathe, it has a brain, it is full of life as it does not get rotten easily. If the chick does not hatch from it, it does not mean it is lifeless. It is also argued that as we feed the cow and she gives us milk, similarly we feed the hen and it gives us eggs. So it must be acceptable. However, the milk is extracted in a non-cruel manner and the cow generally becomes happy when giving the milk. While by eating the egg, we are actually killing the creature inside it.

Additionally, you'll be shocked to see the condition of a poultry farm. Paul McCartney, a famous singer from London says, "If slaughterhouses had glass walls, everybody would become vegetarian." Hens are brought in the farm and kept in cramped spaces with no excess of sunlight or fresh air. This causes them to suffocate and get frustrated. Their beak is chopped off so they can't eat or drink, and are starved for 3 days. How can a vegetarian accept eggs after seeing so much cruelty? Also, to produce more eggs the hens are fed with meat along with their food. How can a non-veg-eating animal give veg products?
