Can we consume coffee?
No, we do not recommend coffee. Let's understand why.
Firstly, coffee is a powerful stimulant. If you drink coffee for five days, on the sixth day, the coffee commands you - drink!
After that, there is no choice. You become addicted. Just 1 cup of coffee in the morning and everything seems bright and clear. But if you drink it every day, after a few days you will notice that if you drink coffee, two hours later you will get a headache. You have to drink another cup of coffee to fix that. If you don't get it, you will feel your hands tremble. This means that it is definitely causing some harm to your system. Experiment and see for yourself. You should not be a slave to anything, whether it is tea, coffee, alcohol or a cigarette.
Learn to live consciously. You should do what you do from your own choice, and not by the compulsion of some object or food.
Secondly, consuming coffee destroys our body's stamina in the long run, and severely damages our nervous system. Let’s suppose you are on a horse and the horse gets tired after a while. You hit the horse with a lash, he starts walking again. You start to believe that he has regained his strength by being hit. In reality, the nervous system of the horse is becoming weaker with every lash. Similarly, when we get tired while working at our office, shop, or home, we drink a cup of tea or coffee. We start to believe that our body has energized. We start working again. In other words, we weaken our nervous system with the same lash every time we feed ourselves with these stimulants. Our digestive power weakens when our nervous system weakens. Think about it. No matter how hungry we feel, one cup of tea, coffee, or cold drink kills our hunger. If this one cup is capable of killing our hunger, how much more damage can it do to our body?
Moreover, coffee leaches out the grease from your bones. If you keep drinking coffee, you will soon develop some of the other pain in your body - joint pain, back pain, knee pain.
So please immediately quit coffee. If you have been drinking it for many years then yes, you may face detox symptoms (such as headache) in the beginning. Tolerate them. Apply the cold wet pack (explained in our videos) on your stomach, head and neck. That will give you relief. By the 4th day, the headache will completely subside and your body will start using your real inner energy, instead of the false sense of energy obtained by the coffee.

Even chickpea coffee, you should not drink more than twice a week. It is not a healing food and does not provide any health benefit to us. Treat it only as a transitional food. Ultimately, the goal should be to completely quit even chickpea coffee and drink only fresh juices - coconut water, ash gourd juice, green juices, celery juice, etc.
