Can we consume ice-cream?

No, we do not recommend ice creams.

The two major ingredients of traditional ice cream are sugar and dairy.

Sugar, be it white or brown is empty calories, zero nutrients, and acts as a slow poison.

Secondly, the commercial milk that we’re getting today is hardly even milk. It is a white liquid heavily treated with contaminants such as urea, starch, caustic soda, detergents, white paint, and refined oil. These contaminants are deliberately added to milk as they provide thickness, preserve milk and increase the volume of milk to make more milk, fast.

Moreover, with the passage of time, the demand for dairy and dairy products around the world exceeded the natural capability of cows producing milk. This has lead to the mistreatment & torture of cows. Cows are put under inhabitable conditions, where they are not properly fed or taken care of. Additionally, they are injected with hormonal injections to produce more milk. The calves are separated from their mother cows and they don't get the milk they deserve. Imagine the plight of the mother whose child has been taken away & her breast milk is taken away for commercial use. Under these conditions, cows fall extremely sick & get depressed. How can we humans stay healthy by drinking the milk of such sick cows?

But, do not worry, we have an alternative for you!

Peanut Butter Ice-cream & Satvic Kulfi- It is not only far healthier but as delicious as your traditional ice- cream and kulfi
