How to cook bhindi/ladyfinger?
You can cook bhindi just like you cook other vegetables. Cook it in little boiling water just for 5-10 mins and it's ready to be eaten. When bhindi is cooked using just water, it becomes sticky and that is completely normal and safe to eat. You just have to get used to the sticky texture.
You may add some boiled potatoes or arbi to the sabzi to make it more appetizing.
