Can we consume nut butter?

Nut butter is definitely much better than dairy butter. However, keep in mind the following points-

If you are trying to heal a disease or lose weight, avoid nut butter, as they are very heavy and difficult to digest.

Once you have healed yourself / reached the desired weight, you may have nut butter occasionally in a sparing amount. Eating too many nuts and seeds can even be constipating.

If you are an athlete, child or doing intense physical workouts (1-2 hours a day) you may consume nut butter a bit more often.

Always make sure you make the nut butter fresh at home. Do not have store-bought nut butter since they are loaded with preservatives and stabilizers which are toxic to your body. You can make nut butter of peanuts, almonds and sesame.
