How do we make peanut curd? Can we consume it everyday?
You may have peanut curd occasionally (not more than twice a week).
It is a great and healthier replacement for traditional dairy curd.
However, peanuts are water-poor in nature, making them difficult to digest. Therefore, it is not ideal for people who are trying to cure a disease or live a sedentary lifestyle (not exercising for more than an hour a day).
Always make peanut curd fresh at home. Do not use packaged ones as they are full of preservatives & harmful chemicals.
