We always strive to offer the best quality of products for our community. Most of the products we offer are non-returnable due to the hygiene/personal care nature of the product. However, if anyone is not satisfied with what they have received, we will provide a full refund.
Please write an email to orders@satvicmovement.org explaining why you were not satisfied with the products. This should be done within 3 days from the date you received the shipment. This refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the time you notify us.
