What is Mandala?
A Mandala is a self-practice sadhana that one makes a commitment to completing after learning a yogic practice. A Mandala is a 42-day cycle that sees many changes in human physiology. The changes in the lunar cycle also impact the human system. If one does a practice regularly for 42 days, then it gets imprinted into the system. This practice also allows one to break their mental patterns and overcome laziness. Whether you are sick, or there is an emergency, you do not miss your practice. This way, you overcome the mind by using your will. At Satvic Yoga, we do a half Mandala after the 21-Day Yoga Challenge followed by the Intense level program. This is again followed by a 21-day Mandala, before the advanced program begins. If you complete all 3 levels with the 3 mandalas, you will complete 108 days of practice. After this, yoga is established within you.
