I missed my Mandala for a few days, can I get back to it?
If you miss the asana due to periods but continued the pranayama and chanting, you can return to the Mandala. Traditionally, the significance of Mandala is to complete the practice without a break and if there is one, the practice must be resumed from day 1. However, if you have missed a few days, you can return to the practice and still attend Satvic Yoga Intense.
