I'm experiencing gastric pain/abdominal pain. What can I do?

- For gastric pain, take a wet pack 4 times a day. This would give you immediate relief. Also, sunbathing with your navel exposed would be highly beneficial.


- To get relief from stomach ache, please make a concoction of cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and ajwain and drink this in small sips twice a day. You can also make a concoction of black pepper, ginger, and some curry leaves and have that once a day to get relief from pain.

- It would be best to stay either on juices or on vegetable broth till the pain subsides.
