How can I cure piles?

Piles can be reversed by following the Satvic lifestyle that includes fasting, enema, wet pack, sunbathing, sun gazing, Satvic diet plan, and some regular exercise.

Piles, also known as Haemorrhoids, occur when toxins cannot exit through the stool channel, they start accumulating in the blood making the bloodstream impure. Impure blood causes the veins to lose their tone, becoming swollen and inflamed, causing Piles. Piles especially occur in people who allow constipation to worsen progressively.

People take medicines to cure Piles. But that’s not right, because they’re trying to suppress the symptoms without eradicating the root cause of the problem. No medication in the world can suppress the truth. If something inside your body is not well, it will express its presence, in this case as swelling and inflammation in the veins of the rectum. Simply taking a pill will not heal your intestines or your liver or your pancreas where the problem actually exists. Nobody wants chronic swelling and pain in the rectum area, but for that to happen you need to take out the waste from inside your body.

We are attaching a link at the end of this article You will find 10 steps along with the diet plan. Read it carefully. Start following the 10 steps from tomorrow itself. In the case of piles, be very cautious with an enema. If it causes the slightest discomfort/bleeding, stop it & follow all the other 9 steps mentioned in the link below. Once the body has healed through following the rest 9 steps, then try enema again after 3-4 months.
