Backache does not occur randomly. Your body is trying to tell you something. The main cause of backache is poor posture. Anyone having to stand for long hours may develop backache. If combined with this, the individual persists in doing their work with the head bent forward for most of the time, the backache would increase further. Sleeping on a soft bed would worsen it even more.
The person should take care to correct his posture while at work and sleep on a hard bed.
Backache may also be a symptom in disease conditions like arthritis, kidney disorders, sprains, sciatica, slipped disc, ankylosing spondylitis, osteoporosis, remitted arthritis, duodenal ulcer, etc. If the chronic disease condition which is at the back of the back pain is treated with a natural lifestyle, back pain will disappear.
