What can I do for Period pain?

Period pain is also due to toxins. The cramps or pain indicate that the body is trying hard to remove the toxins through the menstrual blood. Therefore it is even more important to follow the Satvic Lifestyle religiously. You can use a wet pack for relief from the pain. If pain is unbearable, you can sit on a small stool placed in a water tub and take an ice cold water therapy. Allow the water to be filled only till it reached the genitals. You can use a cloth to rub the outer part of the genitals. Sit in the very cold water for 15-30 minutes until you experience relief.
