I have knee pain. What can I do?
Knee Pain does not randomly occur. Your body is trying to tell you something. First, let’s understand the root cause of Knee Pain. The root cause is the hardening of calcium in our bones. Sodium is required in keeping this calcium in liquid form. When there is excessive consumption of heavy foods like grains, pulses, sweets, dairy products, etc, our stomach releases strong acids to digest them. After the acid has digested the food, it needs to be neutralized by sodium. Normally there is enough sodium in the stomach, however, when there has been the consumption of heavy foods over a long time, the sodium in the stomach is depleted. Then the requirement of sodium is fulfilled by extracting sodium from the joints. In the absence of sodium, the calcium in the bones hardens causing inflammation and pain in the knee.
Additionally, it is the intake of certain kinds of food items that leech away the nutrition from our joints making them weak. Stuff like tea, coffee, alcohol, sugar, energy drinks, and any other kind of stimulant.
People try to cure knee pain with medication and wearing knee pads. But that’s not right, because they’re trying to suppress the symptoms, without eradicating the root cause of the problem. No medicine in the world can suppress the truth. Simply taking a tablet will not heal your intestines or your liver or your pancreas where the problem actually exists. Knee pads may only give temporary relief. Everyone wants a healthy knee joint but for that to happen you need to fix your food system and lifestyle habits.
