How can I cure weak eyesight?

Following the complete Satvic Lifestyle religiously will help you improve your eyesight naturally.

See, our eyesight does not get weak randomly. It is a result of lifetime of our wrong food and lifestyle habits such as-

- Eating wrong type of foods
- Overeating or eating without hunger
-Spending too much time in front of the computer & phone screens
-Spending most of our time indoors & under artificial lights
-Reading or studying in low lighting
-Smoking & consuming stimulants such as alcohol, cigarette, coffee & tea

These habits leads to build of toxins and unwanted waste in the body which gradually causes weakening of eyesight.

in order to naturally improve your eyesight, you need to start following the laws of Mother Nature and rectify your mistakes.

1. The first thing that you should do is change your food habits. Eat wholesome, plant-based & water-rich foods. Avoid dairy, packaged & processed foods. The way you eat is equally important to what you eat, therefore, eat mindfully and only when hungry.
2. Secondly, practice sungazing. As described in our YouTube video, sungazing is a practice of looking at the sun with your naked eyes for about 10 minutes every morning (when the sun is not strong - within 1 hour of sunrise). When we look at the sun, powerful photons of energy are released from the sun, which goes straight into our eyes and brain and removes all the accumulated toxins.
3. Sunbathing- Our eyes just like all our other organs need Vitamin D, which is obtained from the sun. Sunbathe every day for 30 minutes within 2 hours after the sunrise. Sunbathing will also help you get rid of accumulated toxins from your body through your skin.
4. Another practice that will help you immensely is applying a wet pack on your eyes for 15 minutes twice a day. This will increase the blood circulation towards your eyes and will give relaxation to your eye muscles.
5. Palming- Close your eyes, rub your palms, and place them over your eyes for 10 minutes. This again will help you improve the blood circulation towards your eyes.
Along with these steps we are also providing you with the complete Satvic routine that you must follow religiously. This routine will allow you to detox your body completely and you will start seeing a huge improvement in the health of your eyes within 3 months. 😊
