How can I reverse Eczema?

Eczema could be reversed provided you start following the complete Satvic Lifestyle (16-hour fasting, satvic diet, wet pack, enema, sunbathing, pranayama & light exercise) religiously. 

 

Red, itchy, dry patches do not just randomly show up on your skin. Your body is trying to tell you something. First, let’s understand the root cause of eczema. The root cause is the accumulation of toxins inside the body. These toxins arise in your body due to wrong food & lifestyle habits (such as eating wrong types of food, eating too much food, eating at the wrong times, lack of physical exercise, lack of sunlight, lack of fresh air, etc). When toxins cannot exit through the stool channel, they start forcing their way out through your skin, hence causing eczema.

 

If something inside your body is not well, it will show up on your face. The outer you is just a reflection of what’s happening inside your body. Simply putting something on your face will not heal your intestines or your liver or your pancreas where the problem actually exists. Everyone wants healthy clear skin but for that to happen you need to take out the toxins from inside your body.

 

In order to clean up the waste, you need to start following the laws of Mother Nature. 

 

Below, we are providing you with the Satvic routine that you must follow religiously. This routine will allow you to detox your body completely. You will start seeing a huge improvement in your skin within 3 months.

Workout + Sunbathing (45 minutes) 

Do brisk walking/jogging in the fresh open sun, so that you can receive the benefit of sunbathing while exercising. Avoid exercising indoors, unless it is very cold outside.

Take Enema (with 300 ml water)

9 AM

Drink 300 ml of ash gourd juice. If ash gourd is not available, have coconut water.

Eat 1 plate full of fresh seasonal fruits. Eat water-rich fruits such as melons, papaya, grapes, pears, apples, orange. Avoid banana as it is water-poor in nature.

Please read the instructions carefully : 

  • Continue enema every day only for the first 3 weeks. After 3 weeks, take it only once a week / whenever needed. 

  • Time gaps are important to follow. If you eat dinner at 7 PM, you must have breakfast at 11 am the next morning. And in case you eat dinner at 8 PM, you must eat breakfast at 12 PM the next day. 16 hours of fasting is a must to stay healthy. 

  • Doing enema, wet pack, sungazing, sunbathing and pranayama every day is a must. You can adjust the timings according to the sunrise in your city. We have assumed sunrise at 7 AM in this case. 

  • In case you cannot do any one of these activities in the morning, do it in the evening. You can also do enema, wet pack, sungazing, sunbathing and pranayama during the evening. If you are working, you might not be able to follow the exact timings suggested above. Adjust the timings according to your schedule. Use your own good judgment. 

  • In case you feel hungry in between, have coconut water, some light fruit, or coconut slices. 

  • You cannot eat or drink anything other than suggested above. No grains (except suggested above), no tea, no coffee, no soft drinks, no packed food, no meat, no eggs, no alcohol - practically nothing except what is suggested above.

  • If you follow the above instructions religiously, you can quit any medications for acne from tomorrow itself. 

  • After you start following this routine, you may face detox symptoms, for example, you might get a cold, cough, fever, weakness, nausea, vomiting, headache, or even more breakouts on the skin. Remember, your skin is trying to throw out the toxins at this time. Do not worry. Celebrate it! At this time, you must do absolute fasting and increase the frequency of enema, wet pack, sunbathing, and pranayama.   • Do not use any soap, creams, lotions, serums, or medication. They are loaded with harmful chemicals that penetrate deep into your skin and spread across your bloodstream, causing damage to the organs in your body.   • Wear natural fiber clothing - cotton, wool, etc. Avoid polyester, nylon since they irritate the skin.
