Is it necessary to roll the wet pack on all 3 areas - forehead, neck and stomach?

Yes, it is. The real benefit of the wet pack is achieved when we apply all 3 together - on the stomach, the neck and the forehead. This is because a majority of the blood goes through these areas, and they are deeply interconnected. The forehead houses our mind, the neck  the biggest blood carrying artery and the stomach our digestive system. When you have a headache, stomach ache or are feeling bloated, applying the wet pack on all 3 areas will bring you relief much faster than applying it just on a specific area.
Having said that, it won't harm you if you roll the wet pack on 1 or 2 areas only, it just won't be as effective.

There is also something known as a Local wet pack. If you have a joint pain, muscle pain, burn, sprain, cut or an injury in a specific part of your body - apply one cold wet pack around that area to bring relief from pain and fasten the healing process.
