Can we apply Wet pack while doing exercise or yoga?

It is best to avoid a wet pack while you're exercising as the main aim of the exercise is to raise heat within the body. The aim of a wet pack is to balance heat within the body. Doing these things together would be counterintuitive. You can use a wet pack at any other time during the day. Just remember not to eat or drink anything while the wet pack is on.
