Even after holding enema for 10 minutes, only water came out. Does this mean my enema was not succesful?

In the beginning, when the waste matter is encrusted within the intestines, it would take some time for it to dissolve. After a few days, once the waste matter becomes soft and loose, it will come out. If only water comes out in the beginning, that does not mean that enema has gone to waste.
