Is it safe to use water enema? What if we get habituated to it?
As discussed in the workshop, enema is safe and pain free. Taking a small quantity or room temperature water is non-violent for the body and completely safe. There is no chance of infection through the plastic tube. Enema also promotes healthy gut flora as good bacteria thrive in a clean intestine. There is absolutely nothing to worry about.
The enemas sold at chemists today are unsafe and violent to the body. They contain glycerin and chemicals in a small plastic pouch. Please stay away from these at all costs. We do not recommend them at all.
Enema is absolutely 100% safe. What’s unsafe is that we carry so many kilos of old, toxic waste inside our intestines and go everywhere with that waste.
Also, we are suggesting you to take it for only 21 days everyday and leave it after that (take only when needed after that). It’s a tool that we use to correct our wrongdoings of the past, and then leave it. Enema is not habit forming. Whatever we take orally to flush out toxins is habit forming (for example choorans, laxatives, etc).
