Can I take enema in case of herpes/piles/fissures/haemorrhoids ?

You can take enema in case of herpes/piles but do so with utmost care. Please do not use the regular pipe in this situation. There is a special rubber catheter (available at any chemist), which is softer and thus safer. The rubber catheter looks like this - 

If you experience even slight pain or bleeding while doing enema, then immediately stop the enema. We should not cause any violence to the body. Please follow the rest of the principles of the Satvic lifestyle - wet pack, 16 hour fasting every night, sunbathing, pranayama and Satvic food system. Details have been shared with you during the workshop. 

After 3 months of religiously following the Satvic lifestyle, there will be a tremendous improvement in your condition of herpes/piles/fissures. Once improved, you can try the enema again. If it is absolutely comfortable (no plain or bleeding), you can continue it using the rubber catheter.
