After starting yoga I have become more irritable and have started getting more angry? What is the reason for it?

When we step into a healing journey of Yoga we start cleansing not just our physical but our emotional body as well. A lot of our old deep-rooted emotions start coming out in the form of aggression, irritation, or anger. The key here is to be self-aware and observe these emotions like clouds in the sky and let them pass. Eventually, you will start feeling lighter as a lot of cleansing and healing is happening at a deeper level. There is nothing to worry about.
