I have pain in my legs/arms/stomach/abdomen/hands while practicing yoga. What should i do?

It is essential to warm up the body or keep the environment warm during the yoga practice. We have repeatedly shared this. If we practice while the environment or body is very cold, we can get spasms or sprains. Please take a break from the practice and take rest. Sleep on a hard bed on your back to get relief from pain. Also, sunbathing and hot fomentation to the area will help immensely
